Compliance and Accreditation

The staff at Bethsalem Care are justifiably proud of our consistently high results from tri-annual re-accreditation and support visits by the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (AACQSC).  Our goal is to exceeded the minimum requirements as an approved provider and feedback from the assessors has been positive and encouraging.  Care recipients can come to Bethsalem Care, with confidence, knowing that services and clinical care are delivered in line with the expectations of our residents and government agencies.

In 2022 we were awarded the maximum 3 years accreditation until February 2026, and we undertake an active and vibrant continuous improvement program.  The AACQSC also conducts “unannounced” visits, where we must demonstrate continuous and ongoing compliance with specific outcomes.  All of us at Bethsalem Care are proud of the continuous high praise we receive from the assessment teams.
