About the Village
Christadelphian Care Services (SA) Incorporated operates a 27 unit retirement village, co-located with Bethsalem Care.
This village operates under the Retirement Villages Act and is currently available to members of the Christadelphian Community.
The village consists of:
- 4 x 3 bedroom units with garage under main roof
- 21 x 2 bedroom units with garage under main roof
- 2 x 2 bedroom units without garage
All units are constructed with a superb living plan layout that facilitates easy supported living with disabled access to the main bathroom, and all are equipped with a second toilet. With bright and fresh décor and automatic roller doors on units with garages, the village provides a secure and comfortable environment. Each unit is equipped with a back-to-base emergency call pendant system that is monitored 24 hours a day with registered nurses available to assist in medical emergencies.
Consisting of a well laid out gated community, GreenBriars Village provides the ideal setting for those seeking a secure, comfortable and manageable living arrangement where all the maintenance is taken care of, and most costs are captured in the modest monthly service fee.
